man harvesting corn

Size: 768×572

In this ca. 1930, black and white photograph, a man can be seen harvesting corn in his field in North Carolina. The man, with his back to the camera, appears to be looking at something in his hands. He is wearing a straw hat and has a pipe in his mouth. To his right side is a horse-drawn wagon full of corn cobs. Two horses, one light colored and one dark can be seen. The roof of a farmhouse is visible and hills rise in the background.
