Wilson County winners feeding pigs

On July 30, 1940, Levi Simmons, Minshew Club member in Wilson County was granted a second A and T College Club Scholarship for achievement in club work. His second project was raising 2 pigs. This black and white photograph shows Levi Simmons feeding his pigs in an outdoor setting. Wearing a white straw hat, Levi Simmons is shown bending over a trough and feeding two pigs. He has his right hand on the back of a black and white pig as it eats.
