Fisher Towers in Moab, Utah

Size: 679×1024

Fisher Towers rise above a scarred and furrowed valley. The towers are part of a mesa of red sandstone that ends in 2,000 foot tall cliffs corrugated by erosion. The area is a very popular destination for rock climbers, and is home to several endangered species that depend on the surrounding desert environment.
