This is a photo of a group of Montford Point Marines from 1959. These men were Reserve Training PIO Office Staff.

Montford Point Camp, located in Jacksonville, North Carolina, is now the site of a museum dedicated to the history of the African American Marines who served with courage and pride from 1942 to 1949. The mission of the museum is to capture the unique history of these men through photographs, documents, papers, and artifacts.
