NCPAPA is the only independent state association representing principals and assistant principals exclusively. NCPAPA is also the North Carolina affiliate of both the National Association of Elementary School Principals and the National Association of Secondary School Principals, with a representative to each of these organizations.
The North Carolina Principals & Assistant Principals Association believes in the imperative of quality public education for all children in North Carolina. It also believes that strong positive administrative leadership is the determining factor in the quality of that education. NCPAPA is dedicated to the implementation of these beliefs.
