• Brain Pop A fee-based website that features a variety of media formats to delve into Math, English, Science, Social Studies, Health, and Technology topics for grades K - 8. Many of the materials can be accessed free of charge and there is a 14 day free trial period option.
• Lesson plan: Getting an angle on light Students will discover that the angle of the sun can mark time and is responsible for the color we see in the sky. Students will also understand that light can be reflected and refracted.
• NSF Just for Kids Find tons of information, activities, games, and quizzes about water, fire, and food safety. Also take a stroll over to the Scrub Club website and meet a crazy cast of characters to play with who will show you why it is important to wash your hands.

Located in Wilson, North Carolina, Imagination Station "is committed to providing a quality science experience that’s fun for the whole family. Things you’ve always enjoyed at Imagination Station such as Race The Wild and other Fun Factory exhibits are here, along with Curiosity Corner and our many exotic animals. Plus we’re always adding some new exhibits and programs! Imagination Station also offers daily science programs, outreaches and workshops."

The museum’s programs include age-appropriate activities and engage student participation. All museum programs and workshops meet many of the K-8 objectives of the North Carolina Science Curriculum. Their programs can be adapted to high school standards, fulfilling many competency goals in Physical Science, Physics, Chemistry, Earth Science, and Biology.

All school groups with reservations can select the science program that meets their curricular needs. Additional programs can be chosen for an added cost per student. For reservations, please call (252) 291-5113.
