This center, located in Lumberton, serves as an educational tool for the Public Schools of Robeson County (PSRC). Their main goal is to "become as useful as possible to teachers, students, and the community through innovative, educational, and entertaining planetarium shows and school visits."

The shows are geared toward enhancing the science curriculum for grades 3-8. Teachers are given lesson plan booklets with activities designed to meet specific curriculum goals and enhance their visit.
