- Windows to the Universe A user-friendly, colorful, and exciting learning system on the Earth and Space sciences funded by NASA, this site includes news articles at different reading levels, images, movies, animation, and data sets that explore the Earth and Space sciences and the historical and cultural ties between science, exploration, and the human experience.
- Our Solar System Virtual tour of our solar system. You can move close to the sun and see each planet in its orbit, observe planets and extraterrestrial weather patterns up close, and more on this site.
- NASA's Solar System Exploration This site is jam-packed with all kinds of great information and activities relating to space exploration. QuickTime, MPEG or RealVideo is needed for the video selections.
- Lesson plan: The moon Students using this lesson will access the internet to learn about the phases and other aspects of the moon. There is an activity sheet attached.
- Lesson plan: The warmth of the sun Students recognize the sun's critical function in heating and warming the air, land, and water that sustain our lives. They will perform indoor and outdoor activities that help them begin to identify the sun as the natural, universal source of heat in the world.
- Lesson plan: Exploring the solar system The purpose of this lesson is to introduce students to earth's moon and the eight other planets in our solar system. Students will learn about the geology, composition and orbits of other planets by planning a trip to another planet.

This center, located in Lumberton, serves as an educational tool for the Public Schools of Robeson County (PSRC). Their main goal is to "become as useful as possible to teachers, students, and the community through innovative, educational, and entertaining planetarium shows and school visits."
The shows are geared toward enhancing the science curriculum for grades 3-8. Teachers are given lesson plan booklets with activities designed to meet specific curriculum goals and enhance their visit.
