The East Carolina Village of Yesteryear depicts life in Pitt County and Eastern North Carolina from 1840 to 1940. A country store with its wares, a traditional school house, a log church, farm machinery, and other artifacts from the period spark the interest of all who visit. The museum maintains seasonal hours and open by appointment for groups. For more information, call 919-758-6385.
