This Forsyth County park offers staff-guided programs on insects, trees, wildflowers, birds, reptiles, ecosystems, and Native Americans. "Discovery Programs" allow groups to conduct their own studies using resources supplied by the park. Tanglewood Park is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to sunset. Nature programs for school groups operate during the spring and fall seasons and should be scheduled through the Nature Education Department.
