Exhibits and displays depicting the ecology of the managed forest can be found at Rendezvous Mountain Educational State Forest in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Rangers conduct classes for groups of 10 or more students designed to meet the North Carolina science and social studies curriculum. In addition, instructor’s activity packets and special study sites are available to assist teachers in using the Forest as an outdoor classroom.
