At a 60 acre reserve in Pittsboro, North Carolina, the Carnivore Preservation Trust cares for a population of over 250 representatives from 16 species of threatened carnivores. The Trust is open to the public for guided tours that are led by a trained volunteer. Students will be introduced to tigers, leopards, and other carnivores.

The Carnivore Preservation Trustis open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. To schedule a tour call (919) 542-4684.
