Sarah Plastino
Sarah Plastino is an advanced undergraduate at UNC-Chapel Hill focusing on Latino migration and global health. She conducted research on migrant communities in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico, and works with Latino youth at El Centro Hispano in Durham. She is coordinating a service-learning trip to Mexico in Spring 2007 to work with migrant families.
