Janet Lopez is a doctoral candidate in the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Education. Janet is currently the Director of the Scholars’ Latino Initiative a college preparatory and mentoring program for Latino high school students. Her research explores access to higher education for college-ready Latino high school students.
