Jennifer Whytock recently finished a graduate program in International Development Policy from Duke University, with a research focus on expanding the Binational Migrant Education Program in North Carolina. She presented her work this year at the North Carolina Migrant Education Program Annual Conference and the Global American South Conference. She previously taught Spanish at the high school level for five years.
