Kristin De Soto Madson
Kristin De Soto Madson has been an educator at many levels, ranging from high school to early childhood, for sixteen years. She began her career in the San Francisco Bay Area before relocating to Raleigh in 1996. Her life as an educator switched gears when she accepted position as lead teacher of two, three and four year olds in a private preschool in Raleigh in 2002. She has since devoted her career to promoting compassionate and constructive education for the very young that encourages children to think independently and to embrace and celebrate diversity. She is currently a graduate student in Early Childhood Intervention and Family Support at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
