Tim Raines
I am a Civics/Government teacher at Charles D. Owen H.S.(Buncombe County) in Black Mountain, N.C. I have taught Civics/Government to inclusion, general, and honors level students for the last 10 years.I have also taught World Geography, World History, and U.S. History in my tenure at Owen. My other duties include being department chairperson for the social studies department, varsity girls basketball coach, and J.V. football coach.
