Jan Caldwell
Jan Caldwell is currently a fourth grade teacher at Candler Elementary School in Buncombe County. She has 22 years experience in grades K-8 in North Carolina. She has 3 sons, and is married to a band director. She is a Western Carolina University graduate with a B.S. and Masters degree in Early Childhood Education and Reading. She is the 1995 Presidential Awardee for Elementary Math Teaching for North Carolina. She is also a National Board Certified Teacher, Early Childhood Generalist, 1997.
