I received my BFA in Art Education from UNC-Greensboro, and recently completed my MA from Winthrop University. Currently, I teach Art to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders and serve as Yearbook advisor at Albemarle Road Middle School in Charlotte.

Expressive Papier-Mâché Masks
Students will be creating an original papier-mâché mask that expresses an emotion. In doing this, they will be expanding upon their knowledge of representing the human face while further developing technical skills in papier-mâché sculpture and acrylic painting.
